SUNTRANSFERS SUPPLIER API SPEC LICENSE

This API specification ("Spec") is the proprietary design of Suntransfers. It defines the data models, endpoints, and integration behavior required for suppliers to connect with Suntransfers systems.

Licensed Use:
- Authorized suppliers and partners ("Licensees") are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use this Spec **solely for the purpose of implementing an API to integrate with Suntransfers**.
- The Spec may be used only in connection with services provided to or through Suntransfers.

Prohibited Use:
- Reproduction, modification, publication, or distribution of this Spec for use outside of a direct integration with Suntransfers is strictly prohibited.
- Licensees may not use the Spec to build APIs or systems for third-party platforms, competitors, or general commercial reuse.
- No part of this Spec may be adapted or repurposed to offer services independent of Suntransfers.

Ownership:
- Suntransfers retains full ownership of the Spec and all associated intellectual property.
- Use of this Spec does not grant any rights to Suntransfers branding, trademarks, or system internals.

Termination:
- This license is valid only for the duration of the supplier’s business relationship with Suntransfers.
- It terminates automatically upon breach or upon termination of integration discussions.
